FAQS

1

Do I need prior skills?

Not at all! Budding entomologists to complete newbies alike will be walked through the basics, shown how to pin an insect and will have our resident bug lady- Charlie, there to answer questions and help :)

2

How do you find the insects?

We only purchase insects from conservation projects or butterfly farms, ensuring they live out their natural lives and are sold only after they have passed naturally. See More information on sourcing below.

3

Do I need to bring anything?

Everything is provided for workshop attendees, so there's no need to bring anything. We decorate frames at the end of the workshop, so you are more than welcome to bring your own accessories but that's totally optional

4

What if I have additional
needs/ questions?

We want to be as inclusive and accessible as possible, so if you have any questions or worries, please do not hesitate to reach out!
